A few projects I’m proud of…

Kaleidoscope Society

After getting diagnosed with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at age 29, I found it difficult to find empowering and accessible information for adult women.

The fact that so many women were struggling in silence inspired me in 2015 to launch Kaleidoscope Society, the first of its kind content platform designed to empower others with ADHD through amplifying our lived experiences and curating expert advice.

Over 500,000 people have accessed the information on our website, and listeners in over 43 countries heard our podcast Adhd Decoded - a "quick start guide" to understanding the ADHD brain.

Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG)

I went on to dispel stigma in the workplace by helping Yahoo found the tech industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource group in 2017.

In 2 years we built a peer-to-peer support network for hundreds of employees in 35 offices worldwide.

The Disability Collection

People with disabilities make up about 20% of the population, but are featured in less than 2% of the images we see in the media.

To improve disability representation in the media, I spearheaded a partnership in 2018 between Getty Images, Verizon Media and the National Disability Leadership Alliance to create The Disability Collection, a landmark collection of stock images that break stereotypes and authentically portray people with disabilities in everyday life.

The images have been downloaded by over 5,000 businesses around the world, helping to mainstream representation of disability in everyday life.

The Great ADHD Reset Program

Seeing firsthand the need for professional development resources for professional with ADHD, I teamed up with certified executive and ADHD Coach Cathy Rashidian to create and launch The Great ADHD Reset in 2021.

The Great ADHD Reset is a strengths-based program that helps ambitious professionals with ADHD explore compassionate and sustainable solutions to working with their unique brain, so they can reclaim their life and feel successful on their own terms.

"The program has helped me feel seen, to own my ADHD and not be ashamed of it."  - Felicity, Artist
